She has been using her expertise in real estate and marketing to coach real estate agents nationwide to succeed in their careers. Over the last decade, she has coached hundreds of agents to create a successful book of business and earn a healthy 6-figure income, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In addition, her experience moving her business to a new market has given her insights on how to expand a real estate career and reach new markets.

She is the founding agent for Team Three 23 Real Estate Group with Realty ONE Group Mountain Desert, a team that has consistently been in the top 1% of Realty ONE Group agents Nationwide since 2019. As a Real Estate Success Coach, she leads the Agent Success Program for her brokerage and runs coaching accountability programs for agents in the United States and Canada.

Jacki is also an internationally bestselling author whose books include Ignite the Hunger in You, Embracing Imperfections, Ignite Your Faith, and the children’s book A Time to Fly. As a speaker, she talks about mindset, motivation, and marketing and has shared the stage with Les Brown, Pedro Adao, Magic Johnson, and more.
